Sokol Blosser Evolution #9
$15.99

An ambitious blending of 9 white grapes, the result lands, as you would expect, in the middle: slightly sweet, a touch of acidity, and various flavors contributing for a complex palate. In most stores this wine can be found as the Evolution #9, but the winery has recently decided to shorten the name to simply, Evolution. Under either name, this simple wine is good to satisfy a variety of tastes and works well with a crowd.
