One of the largest Medoc estates, with 230 acres of vines, Greysac is a good, reliable source of classically styled Bordeaux. The style has become more modern in recent years, with an increased use of new wood, as in this 2004, which currently dominates. Enjoy it now for its toasty character, or wait for it to calm down.
